I live in the Chicago suburbs with my wonderful husband of many, many, did I say many? years. We have

three grown children and two amazing grandchildren.  I have had a long career in healthcare and being a published author was always on my bucket list. When my son had his first novel published, he encouraged me to pursue my dream of writing. Well, as you can see, goal accomplished and the first of many items is now checked off my bucket list.

 

When I'm not writing, I'm on Pinterest looking at all the great posts and looking for new recipes. I love to bake, and do chocolate candies and cake balls!  Did I say chocolate? Yes, chocolate is my first love.  I know when I

mention new recipes my son shudders at the thought of what new dinner is on the agenda.

 

I also am a great fan of astrology, and love reading my daily, monthly and annual horoscopes. I  believe that

I closely resemble what is the typical characteristics of a person born under the sign of 'Cancer.'
 

But during the year most of my time is devoted to watching every single Chicago Blackhawks game that is on.

My whole family are avid Hawks fans and this year with pleasure we watched them all the way to the Stanley Cup. My favorite players?? Definitely too many to mention, so many of them have talent that surpasses so many other players on other teams. But definitely its GO HAWKS GO to another Stanley Cup in 2016!
